This time the participant were over 50 person, from different age categories. For the third time all those people reunited to discuss another entrepreneurial theme. “Concretization of Projects” was the theme of Entrepreneur Café Agadir third meeting, for this reason the team of Entrepreneur Café Agadir invited two different profiles to intervene and debate with the audience about the concretization of projects. The first speaker was Abdurrahman Zaidi a young entrepreneur from Agadir. Abdurrahman is the owner of Pespada restaurant. He started his talk using a special technique of interaction with the public using a small fin ball to ask every one present a question relevant to the Entrepreneurial Domain. Abdurrahman during his speech explained that to concretize a project, a whole technical and pragmatic process should be followed .According to his perception every single action must be very carefully calculated. To conclude his intervention Abdurrahman expressed that a project is like a new born baby it needs concentration, efforts and more importantly patience to be raised adequately. The Second speaker was Mehdi Reghai. Mehdi is also a young entrepreneur in the domain of internet and technology. Mehdi’s speech was totally different from Abdurrahman’s one in terms of technicality. For Mehdi a project to be concretized it needs to be real and more importantly it need a deep ambition and wiliness. Through Mehdi’s speech we could recognize that it is for sure important to have a project, it is essential to follow a technical plan, but it not enough, it is not the only thing to be worked on. According to Mehdi a project can be concretized and can fulfill success if the project owner or founder strongly believes in that project. Mehdi explained to the audience that a project is a journey to live in and with. It is a choice to make and to be proud of it. Realizing a project is a risk to take and to learn from it. To wind up his speech Mehdi said : “If you really want to be an Entrepreneur go ahead even if you fail one , two or three times you don’t lose because you learn “ Agadir is amazingly full of youth potential who just need a push and a light to follow the path and Entrepreneur Café meetings are present to offer them the chance to express themselves and talk about their ideas and projects and why not to invest and make their dreams a reality .
