The Casablanca meeting took place on 11 Dec at 6.30 pm. After a quick view on each and everyone’s professional career and made acquaintance with each other, participants felt motivated to share their stories with entrepreneurship and how they became hooked into it, also during the meeting 4 of the youngest gave insight on their newly or soon to be released projects, as more experienced entrepreneurs raised more and more questions on technical matters such as profitability, expansion plans, HR strategies and so on. Entrepreneur_Cafe the Casablanca meeting took place in an all ambitious, all friendly kind of way and as it went on, learning was the virtue and sharing was a path. At the end, we all seemed to agree on the fact that in between opportunities and threats “Excitement and Terror, are the fund of much of an entrepreneur’s day-to-day life”, you know … Entrepreneurs! Those whom give to their jobs, not take from. Casablanca … city of love and business. Hello entrepreneurs! let me just give a quick overview of how the Delhi meeting went; It was the first meet in the capital city, apna dilli (our's delhi). I was a bit tensed about who will show up and how will it proceed. But I must admit t'was brilliant. Dr. Nikhil and I reached Starbucks CP and quickly grabbed a seat, taking out our Entrepreneur Cafe frame and securing it on the small table (that frame sure raised some eyebrows)! If not anyone, the staff was definitely curious about what these guys are up-to? after a while one of them took courage and with a worried look asked "Sir yeh kya hai table par?"(what is this you have on the table?). I consoled his soul by telling him to not worry as we weren't stealing their customers(all the more we will be having coffee) neither were we advertising in their cafe about our Entrepreneur Cafe (haha). It's just a social gathering pointer for the people we are expecting, I told him. Satisfied enough he arranged for more chairs and table, the preparation was done and we were ready to proceed. Interestingly enough, many random (random but surely interested in entrepreneurship) people came across from their tables and asked us what this frame we had was about and most were keen to join it from the next meets, considering they weren't ready for it on the spot. Still good enough two of them joined us on the spot. One of them being from Canada, an aspiring Entrepreneur. All the expected people arrived and a well balanced introductory session began, everyone spoke about the fields they work in, the interests they have, future plans etc. After that commenced the brainstorm on Entrepreneurship, what it stands for, what is it's purpose, what does it mean to become one. The very core philosophy of Entrepreneurship and it's various sectors were touched upon. It was a wonderful insight coming from erudite people exchanging thoughts, ideas and their own philosophy. Cards were exchanged, plans were made and future topics to be discussed agreed upon. Rousingly waiting for the next gathering. What a simple idea of meeting up over coffee, but such an efficient spread of awareness and knowledge. Entrepreneurs for the win!
