The meetings are conducted preferably on second Saturday from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm. The meeting is coordinated by a local volunteer City Mayor. City Mayors regularly keep in touch with the attendees about the happenings and coordinate with global team of entrepreneur cafe.
We are very proud to say that we always start and end on time. The meetings are a wonderful way to start an engagement with people who share the same passion and ideas.

How to conduct a meeting
- The meetings are once a month. Preferably on second Saturday of a month at 6.30 to 8.30 pm local time. Meetings are FREE, all are welcome.
- The City Mayor shall initiate a quick round of introduction (max 45 seconds each) of all the members present.
- Give a snapshot of the previous meetings to the new members.
- The members can invite a successful (or failed) entrepreneur to share the experience. The speech shall not be more than 10 mins to allow members interactions.
- Always ..... always take 3-5 photographs to post on Facebook page. Videos welcome.
- Always ..... always ask members to tweet of FB or Twitter or Instagram.
- City Mayor should send a short blog post (and photos) to the admin that can be shared online.

1. All attendees should register online and should be asked to like our pages to acquire first hand information about us and to be updated about events. 2. Display the Entrepreneur Cafe banner prominently. 3. Once the meeting is concluded, plan for the next meeting agenda with the members. Take advice on the action points. Share the action points online. 4. The Campus is like “the den” for student enthusiasts. And anytime after the first half is the “buzz time” like your “happy hours”. But pick an on-campus/off-campus location and be religious about it. Always start on time, finish on time. This is what we are notorious for. 5. There have to be 12 meetings in a calendar year, i.e. at least one meeting per month as per the schedule suggested. 6. A mega event should be conducted at least once per semester. Twice is even better. 7. Other E-Café events should be popularized through the channels regularly. 8. If you are approached by commercial organizations for the funding/sponsorship support. 1. Do not discourage anybody for speaking or sharing the ideas. 2. It is a FREE meeting, all are welcome. Do Not charge any money for the meeting 3. Do not misuse/exploit our brand in any sense. 4.
