How to become city mayor
It is indeed a privilege to be nominated for City Mayor of Entrepreneur Cafe. Many apply but few makes it.
The process is simple, you have to apply and write a letter of motivation on Why you shall be nominated? How you would contribute to the growth of Entrepreneurship ecosystem in your constituency?
As nominated member, you have to demonstrate the great commitment towards eCafe philosophy to serve entrepreneurship community and to commit towards economic growth of the region.
Process of Selection/Nomination:
Step 1: Online application form (Below)
Step 2: Discussion with Board Director / Senior Member
Step 3: On basis of recommendation, nomination will be done
Step 4: $100 to be paid as annual membership to be city Mayor of eCafe (membership is waived for the year 2021 due to pendamic).

City Mayor has most important role of play in eCafe. City Mayor brings the community together and provide the grass-root support for the entrepreneurship community. The role of City Mayor is to:

City Mayor has most important role of play in eCafe. City Mayor brings the community together and provide the grass-root support for the entrepreneurship community. The role of City Mayor is to:
- Organise monthly meetings (12 meetings in a year)
- Organise one workshop in a year for the local community
- One eCafe Regional event once a year to bring out the local issues
- Organise lunches/dinner for the local entrepreneurship community
- Provide on-ground support to the membership
- Liaison with local chamber of commerce
- Make new eCafe Club members
- Mentorship support to the startups
- Report the eCafe activities to the council
What you will get once you are nominated:
- Contribute $100 for yearly city mayorship admin fees (fees is waived for year 2021 due to pendamic)
- Personalised visiting card design
- City Mayorship badge
- Letter from board Chairman
- One FREE pass for Annual Global Convention of eCafe (usually $100 ticket)
- Unlimited access to other city mayors
- Participation in City Mayors only workshop by top-industry mentors
